§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services related to clothing printing under the name "PRINTED BY 4FINGERSUP". The service is not offered via the online shop but through direct inquiries via email or Instagram direct message. All products, prices, and the arrangement of prints are discussed individually in advance with 4FINGERSUP.
§ 2 Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Possibilities
The customer's contracting party is 4FINGERSUP. The contract is concluded as soon as all details such as products, prices, and prints have been determined and discussed between the customer and 4FINGERSUP. After the discussion is completed, the customer receives an invoice and a data sheet with all relevant information for print approval. The contract conclusion and approval are carried out digitally. Corrections to the details can be made until the final print approval.
§ 3 Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The contract language is German. The contract text is not stored separately. However, all relevant information will be sent to the customer by email or another agreed communication channel.
§ 4 Delivery Conditions
Delivery takes place according to individual agreement, usually within 14 working days after receipt of payment.
The goods can be picked up in Meppen or delivered by arrangement. Alternatively, we ship them within Germany, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
§ 5 Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer (ING-DiBa AG / 4FINGERSUP / IBAN: DE59 5001 0517 5444 2575 08 / BIC: INGDDEFFXXX) or via PayPal (paypal@4fingersup.de). For PayPal, please choose either "Friends and Family" or, by arrangement, "Goods and Services" – in which case the customer bears the buyer protection fees (2.49% of the goods value + 35 cents).
Upon receipt of the full amount, we will proceed with ordering the printed products.
§ 6 Rights in Case of Defects / Warranty
The clients are entitled to the statutory rights for liability for defects, unless otherwise stipulated below.
(1) For designs created by 4FINGERSUP, 4FINGERSUP assumes responsibility for print quality and durability. Should the print be defective, we will rework it.
(2) For the customer's own designs, 4FINGERSUP assumes no responsibility for print defects due to faulty print data (e.g., poor image quality). We check the data in advance and confirm it. We reserve the right to make changes to the design after consultation, particularly regarding durability, color accuracy, and the quality of the final product.
(3) 4FINGERSUP only uses suitable products for printing. For products brought by the customer, 4FINGERSUP assumes no liability for defects in print and product.
(4) Minor deviations in color, print position, and material are technically unavoidable and do not constitute a defect, e.g., slight color deviations or position deviations of up to 1 cm.
(5) Obvious defects must be reported within 2 weeks of receipt. Late reporting excludes warranty claims.
(6) 4FINGERSUP is not liable for defects caused by further processing by the customer or third parties or by improper care (e.g., incorrect washing). The care instructions must be observed:
- Wash at 30°
- Do not use fabric softener
- Wash and iron inside out
- Do not tumble dry
- Wash with similar colors
(7) Claims for defects expire six months after delivery of the goods.
(8) The above restrictions do not apply if 4FINGERSUP has contractually assumed a guarantee or has intentionally concealed defects.
