🏷️ Why 4FINGERSUP?
No large corporation, no impersonal online shop, but genuine craftsmanship, directly from Meppen. Each item is individually coordinated with you, designed, and printed by us. No mass production, no middlemen, no unnecessary hassle.
We work with high-quality materials, print by hand, and produce only on order. This saves resources, money, and protects the environment.
📩 How can I submit my design?
Submit your finished design or a rough idea using the form at the top of the page. If you only have a sketch, that's also no problem, we'll get it ready with you!
🧵 What products can I have printed?
We offer hoodies, zip-ups, T-shirts, jerseys, and more. If you want to have your own garment printed, that's usually possible too. Just clarify with us beforehand!
🎨 What printing technique is used?
We use DTF (Direct to Film). This is one of the best and most durable printing methods for textiles.
First, your design is printed onto a special film, which is then coated with a special powder. Afterwards, the film is pressed onto your chosen product under high heat, so that the design perfectly bonds with the fabric.
The result is a flexible, durable print with strong colors and razor-sharp details.
👕 Can I bring my own garment for printing?
Yes, theoretically you can also bring your own garment. BUT: We strongly recommend using our tested products. Why? Because we know exactly how our hoodies, t-shirts & co. react to printing and can ensure that the result will be perfect.
With third-party textiles, we cannot guarantee that the print will adhere optimally or that the colors will pop as they should. Some fabrics or coatings are simply not perfect for DTF printing.
In short: With our products, you get 100% 4FINGERSUP quality. If you still want to bring your own items, we will check them beforehand and give you an honest assessment.
⏳ How long does production take?
Once your design is confirmed and payment is received, production takes approximately 10 business days. If you need it faster, please ask in advance!
💳 How does payment work?
You can pay by bank transfer. You will find all the details in your invoice.
🤝 Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, you can also order just a single item.
🛠️ What happens if I don't like the design?
Before we print, you will receive a preview. We will only start production once you give your approval. After that, no further changes are possible.
🕒 Can I still make changes retrospectively?
You can still make changes as long as your design has not been approved. Once we start printing, this is unfortunately no longer possible.
💰 Are there discounts for larger orders?
If you ask nicely, maybe ;)
